The Residence houses three different kinds of separate apartments, all of which are fully furnished, with air conditioning, satellite television, a safe, independently-regulated heating, kitchen or kitchenettes, large terraces overlooking the sea complete with tables and chairs in teak, plus private parking space. The building is situated on a hill, well-exposed to light breezes, 100 metres from the sea, far from the traffic and surrounded by a huge panoramic garden. The pebbled beach below, called “La Soda” and which is just a few hundred metres away, has its own bathing premises, The “Due Pini”, with an adjoining bar and restaurant.

1. Two-room apartment measuring about 40 square metres composed of a double-bedroom, a bathroom with a small room leading onto to it, a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for two.
2. Three-room apartment measuring about 70 square metres composed of two double-bedrooms, a bathroom with a small room leading onto to it, a living room withkitchenette and a sofa-bed for two.
3. Four-room apartment measuring about 135 square metres composed of three double-bedrooms with, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with sofa-bed for two
   
   All three kinds of apartments are fitted with air conditioning which may be adjusted by the customer, independently-regulated radiator heating, complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, complete set of bathroom towels, sheets and blankets. Every apartment has a satellite colour television, ample-sized terrace with view onto the sea and one or two private car parking areas.
